The property is a spacious, 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom new construction home featuring state-of-the-art appliances, modern finishes, and expansive communal spaces. Guests at Butterfly Recovery Homes share bedrooms, typically two to a room, fostering mutual support and accountability. Each guest has designated personal storage, a shared closet, and access to shared bathrooms. House rules include maintaining cleanliness, respecting curfews, and participating in community living expectations like chores and weekly meetings.

Guest Expectations
Supporting Recovery With Structure & Care
Guests are expected to either be employed, actively seeking employment, attending school, or participating in outpatient treatment or volunteer work. Random drug and alcohol testing ensures the environment remains safe and sober. A live-in House Manager is present to provide support, monitor compliance, and guide guests through their individual recovery journeys.
Our home environment is designed to encourage structure without feeling institutional—ensuring people feel supported, not supervised. Community meals, peer-led support groups, and shared responsibilities help foster a family-like atmosphere that promotes healing and long-term recovery.
We require all guests to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate a commitment to sobriety, including abstaining from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs.
- Agree to regular and random drug and alcohol testing.
- Adhere to house rules, including curfews, participation in house meetings, and contribution to household chores.
- Engage in recovery activities, such as attending 12-step meetings or other approved support groups.
- Maintain financial responsibility, including timely payment of program fees.
- Show a willingness to live cooperatively, respecting the rights and privacy of other guests.
- Be self-sufficient, capable of managing personal care and daily responsibilities.
- Have no recent history of violent behavior or offenses that would pose a risk to the community.
